1. Who can order from the Böllhoff B2B eShop?
Sole traders, legal entities and registered partnerships with registered office in Germany can order from Böllhoff’s B2B eShop.
2. Log on using e-mail address and password
You log on using your e-mail address and password. To do this, click on “My Account”.
Then enter your logon details in the appropriate fields.
Have you forgotten your password? Click on “Forgotten password” to generate a new one.
If you don’t yet have any access details, you can also register in this area. Please complete all the mandatory fields.
3. How long will registration take?
After receiving your registration, we will check it immediately and generally activate your access to the eShop within 1-2 hours. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when you have been approved.
4. Where do I manage my customer details?
The “My account” area offers a broad range of options for viewing and managing your details.
Log on using your access details.
The options shown below appear in the “My account” menu. Click on them to view your details, or change your password and delivery address.
If you want to change your billing address, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will make the change with immediate effect.
5. Where can I find information about my orders?
Your order history appears under “My account”.
This gives you an overview of your orders and the status of each individual order.
6. Who can advise me if I have questions about items?
You are welcome to contact Customer Service by e-mail or telephone.

7. Do you apply special terms to large orders?
When you log on you will be shown the customer-specific prices for different order volumes.
Please send your enquiry (item number and quantity) to email@example.com if you need a price for a different quantity. We will contact you as soon as possible.
8. Why can’t I see a price?
You have to log on to see the prices.
Please register for the eShop if you don’t yet have any access details. You can do this using the links on the homepage under “Register”, or at the top of the page.
9. Which payment methods does Böllhoff accept?
It’s easy to pay against invoice in the eShop.
10. Why haven’t I received my goods?
You can check your order status under “My account”, “Order History”.
The current status is shown for each order.

11. How do I return items?
If you want to return an order, please use the contact form or e-mail email@example.com.
Customer Service will contact you to discuss what to do next.
12. What does a delivery period of more than 5 days mean?
If we quote a delivery time of more than 5 days, it means we do not currently have the item in stock in the Logistics Centre. We will be happy to order these items for you on request.
13. Where can I find a CAD download?
The CAD download is stored on the item. To do this go through the categories and select your specific item. The CAD download is only available, free of charge, to registered customers.
